A B.Tech graduate in Dairy Technology, he currently serves as a Territory Sales Incharge at Amul (GCMMF), bringing a unique blend of technical knowledge and market strategy to the table. His experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Milkvilla, Bengaluru, where he oversaw overall operations of the plant, including quality and production standards. With hands-on experience in quality control, dairy management, R&D, and digital content creation, Abhay has earned accolades including the Various Awards and multiple recognitions from Bihar Animal Sciences University. He has completed multiple national-level training programs, presented research at conferences, and actively contributed to scientific manuals for dairy and goat farming. A passionate leader and lifelong learner, Abhay has also served as General Secretary of his student council, NSS team leader, and assistant editor, exemplifying a rare mix of academic, operational, and creative excellence.

Shubham Shandilya

Shubham Shandilya is a passionate and imaginative Co-Founder of Dairy Planet. He brings a dynamic blend of technical training, creativity, and leadership to the team. Through his academic journey, Shubham has taken part in prestigious training at NDRI's Model Dairy Plant and field internships with COMFED (Sudha Dairy), gaining hands-on experience in the operations of milk cooperatives. Beyond the lab and classroom, Shubham thrives in competitive settings—having represented his university at Agri-Unifest, participated in national-level debates, quizzes, and cultural events, and consistently stood out for his public speaking, poetry writing, and performing arts. A storyteller at heart and a technologist in the making, Shubham plays a key role in shaping Dairy Planet's voice and vision through creativity, commitment, and community engagement.

Kashish Rohilla

Content Development Coordinator & Author

Kashish is a proactive Content Development Coordinator & Author at Dairy Planet with a strong academic and professional background in the dairy and food technology sector. A University Gold Medalist in B.Tech Dairy Technology from MPUAT, Udaipur. She brings valuable hands-on experience from Amulfed Dairy (GCMMF), Gandhinagar, where she gained practical exposure to large-scale dairy processing, quality assurance, and supply chain management. In addition, Kashish has expanded her expertise through national-level training and internships at leading institutions such as NIFTEM, Kundli, and under programs sponsored by NAHEP and KVK, focusing on entrepreneurship, food safety practices, and starter culture applications. At Dairy Planet, Kashish contributes her skills in content creation, technical writing, and training coordination, effectively combining technical knowledge with creative communication to bridge the gap between science and storytelling. Beyond academics and work, she has also showcased her creativity by earning recognition in cultural and design competitions, reflecting her ability to bring innovation and artistry into technical spaces. Vicky Bhardwaj is a driven and versatile professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Food & Biotech Engineers India Pvt. Ltd., where she oversees technical operations and project executions in the dairy and food processing sector. With a solid academic foundation in B. Tech Dairy Technology from Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, she brings both technical depth and hands-on industry experience to her work. In parallel, Vicky is also the Co-Founder and Admin of Dairy Planet, where she plays a strategic role in team coordination, project management, and community building around dairy innovation. Her journey includes an enriching internship at Amul (GCMMF), which sharpened her practical understanding of the Indian dairy ecosystem. Recognized for her methodical approach, cross-functional leadership, and problem-solving mindset, Vicky combines field experience with administrative precision to deliver high-impact outcomes. Ashish Kumar is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional currently working as a Territory Sales Incharge at Amul (GCMMF). He is also a dedicated Co-Founder of Dairy Planet, where he contributes to strategic operations and grassroots growth of the initiative. Er. Ankur Trivedi is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Dairy Technology at the College of Post-Harvest Technology & Food Processing, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology (SVPUAT), Meerut. With a B.Tech from CSA University and M.Tech from Banaras Hindu University, he is a respected academic and industry contributor, specializing in traditional Indian dairy products, functional dairy foods, and non-bovine milk research. As a Mentor at Dairy Planet, Er. Trivedi provides strategic guidance, technical insights, and research mentoring to aspiring dairy technologists. He is an ICAR-NET qualified scholar, recipient of the Young Scientist Award, and has been recognized by prestigious bodies including U.P. Governor's Office and ICAR-NDRI. Abhishek Kumar is a Livelihood Specialist with the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) and an experienced dairy technologist with a strong background in plant operations and rural development. Previously, he worked as Plant Commissioning Incharge at ITC Ltd., where he specialized in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of dairy processing units, gaining expertise in handling milk, paneer, curd, and packaging systems. With a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Patna, Abhishek has built deep technical expertise that now fuels his role at Dairy Planet, where he provides strategic support for entrepreneurs and cooperatives establishing dairy plants. His hands-on knowledge in plant layout planning, process optimization, laboratory setup, and regulatory compliance positions him as a key figure in the projects team.
