Beyond the lab and classroom, Shubham thrives in competitive settings—having represented his university at Agri-Unifest, participated in national-level debates, quizzes, and cultural events, and consistently stood out for his public speaking, poetry writing, and performing arts. Kashish Rohilla

Content Development Coordinator & Author

Kashish is a proactive Content Development Coordinator & Author at Dairy Planet with a strong academic and professional background in the dairy and food technology sector. A University Gold Medalist in B.Tech Dairy Technology from MPUAT, Udaipur. She brings valuable hands-on experience from Amulfed Dairy (GCMMF), Gandhinagar, where she gained practical exposure to large-scale dairy processing, quality assurance, and supply chain management. In addition, Kashish has expanded her expertise through national-level training and internships at leading institutions such as NIFTEM, Kundli, and under programs sponsored by NAHEP and KVK, focusing on entrepreneurship, food safety practices, and starter culture applications. At Dairy Planet, Kashish contributes her skills in content creation, technical writing, and training coordination, effectively combining technical knowledge with creative communication to bridge the gap between science and storytelling. Beyond academics and work, she has also showcased her creativity by earning recognition in cultural and design competitions, reflecting her ability to bring innovation and artistry into technical spaces. Vicky Bhardwaj is a driven and versatile professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Food & Biotech Engineers India Pvt. Ltd., where she oversees technical operations and project executions in the dairy and food processing sector. With a solid academic foundation in B. Tech Dairy Technology from Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, she brings both technical depth and hands-on industry experience to her work. In parallel, Vicky is also the Co-Founder and Admin of Dairy Planet, where she plays a strategic role in team coordination, project management, and community building around dairy innovation. Her journey includes an enriching internship at Amul (GCMMF), which sharpened her practical understanding of the Indian dairy ecosystem. Recognized for her methodical approach, cross-functional leadership, and problem-solving mindset, Vicky combines field experience with administrative precision to deliver high-impact outcomes. Ashish Kumar is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional currently working as a Territory Sales Incharge at Amul (GCMMF). He is also a dedicated Co-Founder of Dairy Planet, where he contributes to strategic operations and grassroots growth of the initiative. A graduate in B.Tech Dairy Technology from Bihar Animal Sciences University, Ashish's career has evolved through hands-on training and industry roles. His experience includes serving as Product Manager and Quality Control Officer at Milkvilla Patna, where he oversaw production standards and quality systems, and an impactful internship at COMFED (Sudha Dairy), where he worked on paneer yield optimization and quality assurance. Ashish possesses strong competencies in production management, quality control, marketing strategy, and product development, making him a valuable force in both operational execution and strategic planning. He remains committed to enhancing dairy systems that are efficient, consumer-focused, and quality-assured. Content Creator | Livelihood Specialist at BRLPS

Abhishek Kumar is a Livelihood Specialist with the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) and an experienced dairy technologist with a strong background in plant operations and rural development. Previously, he worked as Plant Commissioning Incharge at ITC Ltd., where he specialized in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of dairy processing units, gaining expertise in handling milk, paneer, curd, and packaging systems. With a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Patna, Abhishek has built deep technical expertise that now fuels his role at Dairy Planet, where he provides strategic support for entrepreneurs and cooperatives establishing dairy plants. His hands-on knowledge in plant layout planning, process optimization, laboratory setup, and regulatory compliance positions him as a key figure in the projects team. From guiding equipment installation to driving quality assurance protocols, Abhishek is recognized as a powerhouse of practical knowledge and operational leadership.
